Do you perform support on an – as needed basis?
Studies show that proactive maintenance improves equipment longevity, uptime and efficiency, and provides cost savings over time. Since all our Flat Fee service plans are based on this premise, we do not offer reactive services without any IT support. Our range of pay as you go plans are available through a small fee which ensures your critical servers are covered.
What does your flat fee service include?
Proactive maintenance and monitoring for all covered equipment, operating systems and applications:
- Patch Management and Service Pack updates
- Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam management updates and remediation
- Manage backups and restores
- Disk and memory optimisation
- Manage user accounts
- Manage network and internet connectivity
- Manage firewalls routers and switches
Remote Help Desk, Lab, Bench Time and On Site Service for all covered equipment, operating systems and applications:
- Servers, PC’s Laptos Firewalls Routers and Switches
- Microsoft Windows XP Pro, Windows Vista and Windows 7 Operating Systems
- Microsoft Office from 2000 upwards
- Microsoft Server and SBS Server 2000 upwards
- Microsoft Exchange 2000 and SQL 2000 upwards
Vendor Management Services. We will manage all of your infrastructure suppliers (vendors) allowing you and your staff to run your business, not your vendors. Anytime there is a problem with a device or application serviced by a supplier we manage for you. It’s one call to us and we take it from there and make sure the problem is resolved. We will even schedule any on site visits with the supplier and oversee the entire process to ensure it has been resolved properly.
So no matter what happens in my environment, I’ll never pay more than the “flat fee per month”?
Examples of items that are not covered under our Flat Fee service cover include the cost of replacement of new hardware, software licensing, or renewal of any third part support or software support that you already have. In addition office moves or major changes to IT infrastructure are generally not included. Whenever the potential arises for additional fees outside our flat fee, you will always be notified in advance for approval.
